Our special Salted Caramel Cupcakes are made with light Madeira sponge, individually topped with a thick swirl of Salted Caramel frosting. They are sprinkled with chips of Salted Caramel and Salted Caramel Crispy Balls, then each cake is then finished with a Belgian Chocolate Cigarello.
